Shipping Policy 

Prospector Store ships both locally (Australia)  and internationally. International shipping destinations are as follow:

New Zealand & Other Select Destinations (UK, America and select European destinations.)

However it must be noted that there is an expense attached to shipping internationally. At this time the Prospector Store is not large enough to offer free shipping. We hope that we can in the not to distant future.

Shipping Methods

Prospector Store offer shipping methods to meet your needs:

For domestic customers within Australia an express post parcel service will be used. Rest assured that every effort will be taken to make sure you get your parcel as quickly as humanly possible.

For our international customers we are using parcel service.

Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed on the summary page during checkout.

Ground — $10 flat rate (for Australia) up to 10kgs

International  - rates are as follows: 

UK - $18.20 flat rate up to 10kgs

NZ - $11.00 flat rate up to 10kgs

USA - $15 flat rate up to 10kgs

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you paid for defective items or the wrong items have been shipped, please contact us via email at orders@prospectorstore.com.au

Please note that returns are accepted within 10 days from shipped date for domestic orders and 30 days from shipped date for international orders
