Similar to our piece 'swan song' this series of mini world's are housed in tea cups. A symbol of the domestic, it seems like the right vessel to house this diorama. 'Welcome home' shows a universal scene of the nuclear family, a small girl teddy in hand waving excitingly to her father, the mother dressed elegantly hidden and strides behind from the re - union of the fathers return home from work/travels. 

What was going through our mind for this piece - think Madmen, and the Truman Show.
